Juliet Cockram-Agnew

Juliet has been working with the Utley family for over 4 years and brings more than 15 years of broad international development, social sector and philanthropy experience. Juliet’s role with the Utley Foundation involves leading the team, developing and overseeing strategy and advising the board. She was closely involved in establishment of the Utley Foundation’s high profile Music for Dementia 2020 Campaign, now led by Programme Director, Grace Watts.

Passionate about purpose, she is extensively experienced at the helm of high-profile social organisations, with a career dedicated to bridging the gap between personal values, business objectives and social good.

Juliet has also worked as Head of Philanthropy and Partner/Director of I.G. Advisors (a B-Corp), board member of the award winning Nationwide Foundation for 6 years, Director of Philanthropy/UBS Optimus Foundation at UBS Wealth Management, Foundation Director for global asset manager, Ashmore, and Director of award-winning social enterprise, ACE Africa (UK).

In a voluntary capacity, she currently sits on the British Jury for the Postcode Lottery's International Green Challenge - one of the largest international competitions for startups in sustainability innovation.

Juliet has an MA from Oxford University as well as UCL, is certified in Philanthropy, Grant-Making and Social Investment (Cass Business School), is an alumnus of the AltMBA, trained in Human Centred Design and Hogan Assessment (individual and team performance coaching).
