Nicky is a qualified chartered accountant. She completed her early training at Price Waterhouse and then went on to join the professional services firm, Ernst Young, where she specialised in the banking and financial institutions.
Throughout her life, Nicky has been a supporter of a number of children’s charities, sponsoring children in Bangladesh and India through World Vision in her teenage years, going on to be a contributor to the NSPCC and Save the Children.
Nicky wanted to continue to help children all over the world and so The Utley Foundation has made it one of their charitable objectives to donate to causes that help children, including Caudwell Children, the Crippled Children’s Association of Sri Lanka, A Vision of Britain, Great Ormond Street Hospital and a number of other charities.
