Peyton Miles
Peyton graduated from the University of Northampton in 2014 with a BA (Hons) in Event Management and Media Production. She started her career in the early years and play sector, producing international conferences focused on child development and brain science, including immersive study visits to Iceland. It was here that her interest in the role of music, play and connection in shaping lives really took hold.
She later moved into hospitality and events at Bloomberg, delivering high-profile corporate events, before stepping away to have her daughter. Alongside this, Peyton spent several years on the Milton Keynes Youth Bank, supporting grassroots organisations and developing a strong instinct for what makes early-stage ideas genuinely impactful.
Since joining The Utley Foundation in 2021, Peyton has taken on a broad operational and strategic role, overseeing day-to-day management while working closely with trustees to shape and deliver the Foundation’s programmes. She plays a key role across Music for Dementia, helping to drive forward campaigns such as m4dRADIO and wider sector partnerships.
Peyton brings a practical, hands-on approach to her work, with a real focus on turning ideas into action. She’s particularly energised by organisations doing meaningful, often under-the-radar work, and has a knack for spotting where the Foundation can add value beyond funding alone.
