Peyton Miles
Peyton graduated from the University of Northampton in 2014 with a BA (With Honours) in Event Management and Media Production. Her early career took her into the world of play and early childhood brain development, where she organised international conferences for early years practitioners, including immersive visits to Icelandic settings. It was during this time that her interest in the role of music and play in child development really took hold, eventually guiding her towards her current work with the Foundation and M4D.
Before joining the Foundation, Peyton worked in Hospitality and Event Management at Bloomberg, leaving shortly before welcoming her daughter. Her passion for grassroots initiatives goes way back, she spent years on the Milton Keynes Youth Bank, supporting emerging charities and assessing their potential for real public impact.
Since 2021, Peyton has been with the Foundation and brings a genuine curiosity and care to her work. She’s especially energised by discovering organisations creating meaningful change, and loves diving into the stories behind the work.
